An A to Z Smoothie that contains everything you need A-Z
You will love this recipe and so will your body...
Makes 4 served
4 tbs Coconut Yoghurt
4 Pears sliced and cored
1 tbs Pomegranate Molasses
Raw Pumpkin seeds for garnish
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on medium, until combined.
Transfer to glasses and garnish with pumpkin seeds.
What makes this smoothie so great you ask?
Pomegranate kick it off with antioxidants and vitamin C.
Pears are a great source of dietary fibre, not to mention packed full of minerals and nutrients.
Figs are for your bone and heart health, as well as rich in potassium.
Pumpkin seeds round this smoothie out as an excellent source of zinc.
And... It tastes delicious of course!
